Common Questions

Where do sessions take place? +

I offer exclusively online tutoring. All sessions are conducted via Google Meet, allowing us to use digital whiteboards where lessons can be saved and sent right to your email.

What do I need for a session? +

All you need is a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection and a microphone. A webcam is recommended but not required.

How do I pay for lessons? +

I offer two convenient payment options: e-Transfer or Square. If you choose Square, I will send a digital invoice to your email, which you can pay securely using any major credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment for the Study Pack is due upfront to lock in the discounted rate.

What is your cancellation policy? +

I require at least 1 hour notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 1 hour notice may be subject to a fee.
