1. Services Provided

Cherry Tutors provides specialized online mathematics instruction. All sessions are conducted digitally. The tutor reserves the right to modify teaching methods to better serve the student's requirements.

2. Capacity and Minors

If the student is under the age of 18 (a "Minor"), a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on the student's behalf. By booking a session for a Minor, the parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for all financial obligations and adherence to these Terms.

3. Financial Terms

Payment Method: All payments must be made via e-Transfer to the designated account provided.
Individual Sessions: Payments are due at the time of booking or immediately following the session.
Study Packs: Bundled sessions (4-lesson packs) must be paid in full upfront to qualify for the discounted rate.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cherry Tutors requires a minimum of one (1) hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full session fee being charged at our discretion.

5. Study Pack Expiration

Study Packs are non-refundable. Lessons must be utilized within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions after this period will be forfeited.

6. Academic Performance Disclaimer

While we are committed to providing high-quality support based on a Western University Mathematics background, academic success depends on student effort. Cherry Tutors does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or university admissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cherry Tutors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
